- Set-Up Time: 8:00 am February 6th 2026
- Breakdown Time: 6:00 pm February 7th
- Exhibitor Responsibilities
The Exhibitor agrees to:- Arrive on time and complete setup by the designated time.
- Keep the booth space clean and orderly.
- Staff the booth during all event hours.
- Comply with all event, venue, and safety regulations.
- Pre-market the event through your social media channels and communities with the provided materials.
- Insurance & Liability
The Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from their activities at the event. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the Vendor’s property. - Indemnification
The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Exhibitor’s participation in the event. - Term & Termination
This Agreement shall be in effect from the date signed until the conclusion of the event, unless terminated earlier in writing by either party for just cause. - Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the State of Florida.
