- Set-Up Time: 8:00 am February 6th 2026
- Breakdown Time: 6:00 pm February 7th
- Sponsor Responsibilities
The Sponsor agrees to:- Arrive on time and complete setup by the designated time.
- Keep the booth space clean and orderly.
- Staff the booth during all event hours.
- Comply with all event, venue, and safety regulations.
- Pre-market the event through your social media channels and communities with the provided materials.
- Insurance & Liability
The Sponsor assumes full responsibility for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from their activities at the event. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the Vendor’s property. - Indemnification
The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Sponsor’s participation in the event. - Term & Termination
This Agreement shall be in effect from the date signed until the conclusion of the event, unless terminated earlier in writing by either party for just cause. - Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the State of Florida. - All Inclusion
- The sponsor has free access to all our networking parties and events at the conference.
- The sponsor will be pre-marketed in our newsletters and materials.
